Crystal Hill Resort - Bakuriani

The location was perfect for a ski vacation with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The rooms were comfortable with clean bathrooms and well-equipped kitchens. The view from the hotel and the neighbourhood was amazing and it had enough play area for the kids. The hot water availability and heater facilities were great. The breakfast had many varieties.

This resort is situated in a perfect location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. it offers stunning views of the surroundings. the rooms were spotless with comfortable beds and complete amenities. the Sauna was also exceptional, and the continental breakfast had an array of choices.

The water and electricity failures were frequent, which was quite inconvenient, mainly with kids, and for the villa's cost.

The resort offered an amazing winter experience with fine views and plenty of privacy. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the location was perfect, with nearby amenities and ski areas. Despite a minor issue with parking, our stay was excellent overall. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing all good.

During our Easter stay, we loved the impressive views of the neighborhood and surroundings. the hot water was available at all times and the heater facilities worked pretty well. We also appreciated the helpful staff who helped us to book a cab and accommodated us even though we checked in very late.

The road outside was not de-iced, which made it hard for us to go out, especially since we had kids. the kitchen wasn't adequately equipped and lacked basic coffee and tea facilities.

The villa was very spacious, which was perfect for our large group of friends. We particularly enjoyed the multiple balconies that provided us with a stunning view of the surroundings. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options that catered to everyone's taste. the resort was located very close to many restaurants and grocery stores, which made it convenient for us to find everything we needed.

One major issue we faced was the road in front of the villa not being de-iced, making it very difficult for us to drive safely during winter. there were frequent water and electricity failures which were very unexpected and particularly inconvenient, especially since we had kids with us.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the surroundings. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as well as the flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. The sauna was a wonderful addition, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and comfort provided by this hotel.
